Shipping & Delivery Policy
At this time, Mold3D has shipping options within the US and Canada only. If you live outside of these areas and would like to order one of the items for sale, please contact our Customer Support and we will be able to provide you with an international shipping quote.
- All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the order has been placed.
- All domestic orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA via USPS or UPS.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with your tracking number information so you will know when to expect your package.
International Shipping Inquiries
Please contact our Customer Support and we will be able to provide you with an international shipping quote. Please note that customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your country's customs office.
If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge Mold3D to return the package. If Mold3D is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal a refund will not be issued.
Damaged during shipping?
If your resin kit arrives damaged due to shipping we will be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged resin kit. Please contact us within 3 days of your package delivery using the Customer Support form or email us at info@mold3d.com. In your Exchange Request, please provide the 1) order number, 2) pictures of any damage done to the package and/or item, 3) a description of the damage and 4) your email address. We will do our best to resolve the matter in a timely manner.
